1. Introduction
Welcome to Soap3D Works! By placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
Prices are calculated based on material weight, complexity, and additional services requested.
Custom orders may require additional consultation before confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds will be processed only if the order has not been printed or if there is a production error on our end.
No refunds will be given for custom designs once production has started.

4. Design and File Submission

Customers must ensure submitted files (.STL, .OBJ, etc.) are accurate and ready for printing.
Soap3D Works is not responsible for design flaws present in uploaded files.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Any damages during transit should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Warranty and Liability

3D printed products are inspected before shipping; however, minor surface imperfections may occur.
Soap3D Works is not liable for damages resulting from improper handling or misuse.

7. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except for order fulfillment purposes.
